Cocktails with alcohol:
Ginni 28
1 cl cane sugar
5 cl Gin
3 cl fresh lime juice
12 cl 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero
ice cubes
Pour the ingredients into a Boston cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain it into a long drink glass filled with ice. Add chilled 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero and serve.
Royal 28
10 cl Champagne
1cl Rose Liqueur
10 cl 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero
Pour rose liqueur into a tumbler filled with ice. Add champagne and 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero. Stir carefully and garnish it with a lemon twist.
Açaí Martini 28
1 barspoon of cane sugar
3 cl Vodka
3 cl Gin
2 cl Vermouth
1 cl fresh lime juice
3 cl 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero
Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Strain it into a martini glass. Press a small piece of the lemon peel over the drink.
Crazy Baobab
4 cl Chartreuse or Escorial
12 cl 28 BLACK Baobab
crushed ice
some leaves of woodruff
Pour Chartreuse into a long drink glass on crushed ice. Top it up with 28 BLACK Baobab and garnish it with woodruff.
28 Goes Green
1 bar spoon of cane sugar
4 cl Wodka
1 cl Lime Juice
12 cl 28 BLACK Baobab
1 lime
tarragon
Dice the lime and muddle it with cane sugar. Add ice and vodka. Top it up with lime juice and 28 BLACK Baobab. Stir gently and garnish it with a tarragon branch.
Baobab Secco 28
2 cl Gin
15 cl Prosecco
4 cl 28 BLACK Baobab
ice cubes
Add ice cubes, gin and prosecco into a glass. Top it up with 28 BLACK Baobab.
Sunrise 28
5 cl Tequila
6 cl pineapple juice
20 cl 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi
3 splashes of Grenadine
ice cubes
Pour tequila and pineapple juice on ice cubes into a long drink glass. Fill it with ice cold 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi and add grenadine.
Mangorinha 28
1 bar spoon of cane sugar
1 lime
6 cl Cachaça
16 cl 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi
1 branch of thyme
ice cubes
Dice the lime and muddle it with cane sugar. Add Cachaça and 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi. Garnish it with thyme.
Hot Mango 28
1 cl vodka
2 cl apricot brandy
10 cl passion fruit juice
20 cl 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi
2 chili peppers
ice cubes
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Add vodka, apricot brandy, passion fruit juice and 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi. Stir gently. Garnish it with chili peppers.
Cherry Comfort
6 cl Southern Comfort
3 cl pomegranate juice
8 cl 28 BLACK Sour Cherry
ice cubes
Pour Southern Comfort and pomegranate juice with ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour it into a glass on ice and top it up with 28 BLACK Sour Cherry.
Cherry Cassis
3 cl cherry brandy
6 cl currant juice
9 cl 28 BLACK Sour Cherry
ice cubes
Fill ice cubes into a long drink glass. Add cherry brandy and currant juice and stir. Add 28 BLACK Sour Cherry according to taste and stir.
Cherry Mojito
sweet cherries
2 slices of lime
2 g cane sugar
4 cl White Rum
15 cl 28 BLACK Sour Cherry
8 leaves of peppermint
crushed ice
Place mint leaves, sugar and lime juice into a long drink glass. Muddle it. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add white rum and 28 BLACK Sour Cherry. Stir gently. Add sweet cherries.
Seabreeze 28
4 cl vodka
6 cl cranberry juice
8 cl 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint
fresh peppermint
ice cubes
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes, vodka and cranberry juice. Top it up with 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint. Add fresh mint as garnish.
Mexican Highball
4 cl tequila
6 cl Bitter Lemon
6 cl 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint
ice cubes
Pour tequila over ice cubes into a long drink glass. Add 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint and Bitter Lemon. Garnish it with a slice of lime.
French Highball
5 cl Cointreau
2 cl Lime Juice
10 cl 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint
2 orange slices
ice cubes
Stir Cointreau and lime juice with ice cubes thoroughly into a long drink glass. Add cold 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint according to taste. Garnish it with orange slices.
Berry 28
pureed berries
3 cl gin
2 cl Crème de Mure
1 cl lemon juice
28 BLACK Classic
Puree berries according to season (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) and fill it into a glass. Top it up with gin, crème de mure, lemon juice and ice cold 28 BLACK Classic.
Caribbean Sunrise 28
5 cl Malibu Liqueur
5 cl pineapple juice
2 cl lemon juice
5 cl 28 BLACK Classic
ice cubes
Shake all ingredients, except for 28 BLACK Classic. Pour it into a glass with ice. Top it up with cold 28 BLACK Classic.
Feeling Well 28
5 cl vodka
6 cl Ginger Ale
6 cl 28 BLACK Classic
ice cubes
Pour the ingredients into a glass filled with ice. Add 28 BLACK Classic.
Cocktails without alcohol:
Chai Açaí
10 cl cold black tea
5 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl liquid cane sugar
8 cl 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero
ice cubes
Pour all ingredients, except for 28 BLACK, into a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain it into a fancy glass filled with ice. Fill it up with 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero. Garnish it with a lime wedge.
Blue Elder 28
1 cl elderberry syrup
1 cl fresh lime juice
1 cl Lemon Squash
4 cl orange juice
25cl 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero
Shake the ingredients well. Strain it over ice into a highball glass. Fill it up with 28 BLACK Açaí or Açaí Zero. Garnish it with a slice of orange and a cherry.
Baobab Soda
1.5 cl vanilla syrup
3 cl Lime Juice
4 cl soda
4 cl apple juice
11 cl 28 BLACK Baobab
ice cubes
Pour all ingredients, except for 28 BLACK Baobab, into a highball glass filled with ice and stir. Add 28 BLACK Baobab.
Vanilla Baobab
8 cl 28 BLACK Baobab
1 cl lemon juice
vanilla ice
woodruff syrup
Add lemon juice and two scoops of vanilla ice into a long drink glass and stir. Top it up with 28 BLACK Baobab. Add woodruff syrup according to taste. Gently stir.
Exotic Mango
10 cl passion fruit juice
8 cl 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi
1 piece of kumquat
crushed ice
Fill two thirds of a long drink glass with crushed ice. Add passion fruit juice. Cut a kumquat into pieces. Place them into the glass and stir. Top it up with 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi according to taste.
Black Beach
2 cl pineapple juice
1 cl coconut syrup
17 cl 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi
Stir coconut syrup and pineapple juice in a long drink glass. Fill it with ice cold 28 BLACK Sour Mango-Kiwi. Garnish it with a slice of lemon.
Sour Rose
1 cl lemon juice
6 cl red grape juice
12 cl 28 BLACK Sour Cherry
crushed ice
Pour all ingredients, except for 28 BLACK Sour Cherry, with crushed ice into a shaker. Shake it for about 6 seconds. Pour everything into a long drink glass. Top it up with 28 BLACK Sour Cherry.
Cherry Kiss
2 cl lemon juice
5 cl pineapple juice
11 cl 28 BLACK Sour Cherry
ice cubes
Add lemon and pineapple juice into a shaker. Shake well. Strain it into a long drink glass. Fill it up with 28 BLACK Sour Cherry.
Pink Driver
4 cl orange juice
4 cl white grape juice
1 cl grenadine
12 cl 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint
ice cubes
Pour orange juice and grape juice into a long drink glass. Top it up with ice cold 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint.
Pink Mint
4 raspberries
2 cl peppermint syrup
2 cl lime syrup
16 cl 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint
ice cubes
Pour peppermint and lime syrup into a long drink glass filled with ice cubes. Add 28 BLACK Pink Grapefruit-Mint and stir. Garnish it with raspberries.
Earl Grey Classic
13 cl 28 BLACK Classic
2 cl fresh lemon juice
5 cl cold Earl Grey tea
ice cubes
Pour all ingredients over ice into a long drink glass and stir.
Classic Ipanema
2 bar spoons of brown cane sugar
1 lime
6 cl 28 BLACK Classic
2 slices of ginger
crushed ice
Wash the lime and cut it into eighths. Muddle them with brown sugar in a glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Add 28 BLACK Classic and stir. Garnish it with slices of ginger.
